Job Responsibilities
Strategic HR Planning

Analyze HR requirements aligned with organizational goals and Board directives

Formulate HR strategies and frameworks based on business needs and growth plans

Present and discuss HR concepts with top management and CEO
Organizational Development

Develop roadmap for implementing HR strategy and structural improvements

Oversee HR manpower planning, training needs, and succession planning

Define performance management modules and ensure alignment with company objectives
Change Management

Lead change processes and transition management initiatives

Oversee strategic HR design, policy development, and system updates

Review internal and external HR frameworks and update strategies accordingly

Required Qualifications & Experience
Educational Requirements

Master’s degree (preferably in Management Sciences) with specialization in Human Resources

Degree must be from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university

Certifications or training in HR from reputed national or international institutions will be an added advantage
Professional Experience

Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in HR roles

At least 5 years at a senior leadership position in large private-sector organizations or public-sector entities

Demonstrated expertise in HR planning, organizational development, and leadership
